18歳未満のお客様が単独、または18歳未満同士で宿泊される場合は、親権者が署名した 宿泊同意書を、ご宿泊日の前日までにご提出ください。
※ 海外からのお客様の場合は、パスポートのコピーも併せてご提出いただきます。
Guests under the age of 18 staying alone or with other guests under the age of 18 are required to submit a Parental Consent Form for Minor’s Stay signed by a parent or legal guardian by the day before the arrival date.
※For guests from overseas, a copy of their passport must also be submitted.
